To submit a ticket please complete the following steps:
- Open support.internetcomputer.org in a browser to view the Support Portal.
- Once you arrive at the site, you’ll notice at the top right corner a button that says “submit a request”.
- Click this button, and use the form to indicate which category you would like to use.
- Next, please write a brief description of your inquiry or concern.
- Click “send” to submit a ticket.
After you submit a ticket, your Concierge team will reach out.
